These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pints iOS application (the "App"), operated by Pereatech AB ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be of legal drinking age in your country, state, or region of residence to use the App. The App contains frequent references to alcohol and is not intended for minors. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you live.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
The App's sticker generator uses OpenAI's image generation API to produce hand-drawn–style stickers from prompts and optional reference photos you provide. You acknowledge that:

If you encounter a generated sticker that appears inappropriate or objectionable, please report it from within the App: open the gallery, long-press the sticker, and choose Report. An optional note helps our review team. Reported stickers are hidden from your gallery immediately and reviewed within 24 hours. Users who repeatedly submit prohibited prompts may have their access suspended.
The App offers consumable token packs (5, 10, and 25 tokens) used to generate stickers. Each sticker generation consumes one token. New users receive three free tokens on first launch. Tokens are non-refundable except as required by Apple's Standard EULA or applicable consumer law. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it. You can permanently delete all data associated with your anonymous account at any time from Settings → Delete All Data inside the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pints is a tracking and entertainment app; it is not a medical, health, or alcohol-counselling tool. We do not recommend any particular level of alcohol consumption. If you think you may have a problem with alcohol, please seek help from a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pereatech AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €20.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device; to delete server-side data as well, use Settings → Delete All Data before uninstalling.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they provide greater protection. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer venue rules in your jurisdiction.
